Katherine Harriet has received a glowing CQC Report, with GOOD ratings across all categories (safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led) following an inspection in March.
The CQC inspector visited Katherine Harriet's office on 3rd March 2017, and spoke with our clients and staff about their personal experiences of our care service.
We were delighted with the inspector's feedback and also all the great comments from our clients and staff in the report.
Thanks to all our Wellbeing Assistants for helping us to achieve such a high standard of care, and we are thrilled that you love working for KH :)

How To Spot Signs of a 'Rogue Trader'
It's been a fun week at Katherine Harriet, with both our Staff Christmas Party and our Client Christmas Lunch.
It was really special to spend time with several of our lovely clients who joined us for a lunchtime Christmas meal at the Bell Inn in Tilllington (great food!). A few days later, we hosted our first Staff Christmas Party and our funny 'Golden Glove Awards' back at The Bell.
A big thank you to our clients and staff for joining us, and to the really lovely people at The Bell Inn who put up with our loud laughter during our awards ceremony (and the balloon incidents - we shall say no more).
Great fun - we can't wait to do it again next year! Merry Christmas to all our fab staff and clients!!
Love, Kathy & Hattie x
As KH is all about putting a person's wellbeing at the heart of their care, we have shared some really fun moments with our clients doing the things they love the most, as well as some wonderful tender moments with those who were leaving this world and their loved ones.
How lucky and privileged we feel to be able to do what we do, every day :-)
The gallery of pictures shows just a few of our highlights over the past three months - our absolute favourite being the time we arranged a birthday surprise for our lovely client Bob, who at 97 years old, had a thrilling ride in a vintage car along Herefordshire's country lanes - Bob still talks about this every day! Thanks so much to our Wellbeing Assistant Liz for organising. KH
