Katherine Harriet Bespoke Homecare will be represented in the HMB Awards on Friday 5th October 2018.
We are extremely delighted to have our very own Rebecca Tilby shortlisted as a Finalist in the Employee of the Year category.
Rebecca has worked with the business since 2015 and within that time progressed through the business. Rebecca is now our Registered Manager and manages the Care Team function. She works with professionalism and compassion for her staff and clients and is truly deserving of this award.
The award ceremony will be held at the Three Counties Hotel and Rebecca will be supported by her work colleagues, Hattie Hayes (Managing Director), Shannon Barnes (Assistant Care Manager) and Jessica Dunn (Care Team Assistant) for what will be an enjoyable night!
We’d like to wish all nominees the best of luck and we look forward to seeing you on the night. Please keep an eye on our blog and social media pages for winners.

The Hereford Times launched it's first ever Health and Social Care Awards this year. This came about after a conversation with the Hereford Times that it might be a good idea to have a local Care Awards recognising the unsung heroes of our care community.
Sue Griffiths (Hereford Times) quickly jumped on this idea and so the Health and Social Care Awards was born.
We sponsored the Palliative / End of Life Care Award, this being an Award close to our hearts.
I very much enjoyed being part of the Judging Panel and meeting other health care Professionals in the care community. The Finalists were a truly inspiring group of individuals and organisations who certainly deserved the recognition.
We were also extremely delighted to also have a Finalist in the Home Care Worker Award, our very own Amanda Barnes.
So the night came on Tuesday 18th September 2018 at Lyde Arundel for us to find out those who have made outstanding efforts within the Health and Social care sector.
I attend the event with Amanda Barnes and her partner Darren, Rebecca Tilby (Registered Manager) and Jess Dunn (Care Team Assistant).
It was a hugely successful evening and all the team at Katherine Harriet would like to congratulate all the Finalists and Winners.
How To Spot Signs of a 'Rogue Trader'
It's been a fun week at Katherine Harriet, with both our Staff Christmas Party and our Client Christmas Lunch.
It was really special to spend time with several of our lovely clients who joined us for a lunchtime Christmas meal at the Bell Inn in Tilllington (great food!). A few days later, we hosted our first Staff Christmas Party and our funny 'Golden Glove Awards' back at The Bell.
A big thank you to our clients and staff for joining us, and to the really lovely people at The Bell Inn who put up with our loud laughter during our awards ceremony (and the balloon incidents - we shall say no more).
Great fun - we can't wait to do it again next year! Merry Christmas to all our fab staff and clients!!
Love, Kathy & Hattie x
